• Tool submission data — if you submit a tool for review, we collect the tool details and your email address.

3. Data Storage — Supabase

Email addresses and submission data are stored securely in Supabase, a cloud database provider hosted on AWS infrastructure. Supabase is GDPR-compliant and processes data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy available at supabase.com/privacy.

4. Cookies

tnx.ai uses cookies for the following purposes:

• Analytics cookies — set by Google Analytics to understand site usage. These are anonymised and do not identify you personally.
• Affiliate tracking cookies — set by third-party affiliate networks when you click affiliate links. These are controlled by the respective networks (Commission Junction, Impact, etc.).

You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Note that disabling cookies may affect some site functionality.

5. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymised data about how visitors use tnx.ai. This includes page views, session duration, traffic sources, and device type. IP addresses are anonymised. Google Analytics data is processed in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

6. Affiliate Links & Tracking

tnx.ai participates in affiliate programmes. When you click a link to a tool or product, we may receive a commission if you make a purchase. Affiliate clicks are tracked via cookies set by third-party networks including Commission Junction, Impact, and direct affiliate programmes.

7. Email List

If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email is stored in Supabase and used exclusively to send the weekly tnx.ai newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing hello@tnx.ai.

We do not share your email address with any third party for marketing purposes.

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the following rights:

• Right to access the personal data we hold about you
• Right to rectification of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten")

9. Data Retention

Newsletter subscriber emails are retained until you unsubscribe. Tool submission data is retained for up to 12 months. Analytics data is retained for 26 months as per Google Analytics default settings.

tnx.ai is not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of tnx.ai after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
